I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 187, DE 2004

Approves the act authorising the Association COMMUNITY MOVEMENT EDUCATIONAL RADIO FM OF PARANATINGA? MT to run community broadcasting service in the city of Paranatinga, State of Mato Grosso.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 72 of February 22, 2001 authorizing the Association Community Movement Radio Educational FM of Paranatinga? MT to run, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Paranatinga, State of Mato Grosso.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
