Abre to the Social Security Budget of the Union, in favor of the Ministry of Health, special credit worth R$ 300,000.00, for the end that specifies.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1^o Stay open to the Union Social Security Budget (Law n^o 11,897, of December 30, 2008), in favor of the Ministry of Health, special credit worth R$ 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand reais), to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Act.

Art. 2^o The resources required to open the credit that it treats art. 1^the arise from a total cancellation of budget allocation as indicated in Annex II of this Act.

Art. 3^the This Act comes into force on the date of its publication.
