DECREE OF July 24, 2014

Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in favour of the Ministry of Sport, supplementary credit in the value of R$ 19,400,000.00, for the reinforcement of constant endowment of the current Budget Law.

THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the authorization contained in art. 4º, caput, inciso I, points "a" and "and", of Law No. 12,952 of January 20, 2014,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is open to the Union Fiscal Budget (Law No. 12,952 of January 20, 2014), in favor of the Ministry of Sport, supplementary credit worth R$ 19,400,000.00 (nineteen million and four hundred thousand reais), to meet the schedule constant of Annex I.

Art. 2º The resources required for the opening of the credit that it treats art. 1º arise from:

I-financial surplus ascertained in the balance sheet of the 2013 financial year, relating to Resources Ordinaries, worth R$ 8,900,000.00 (eight million and nine hundred thousand reais) ; and

II-partial cancellation of budget allocation, worth R$ 10,500,000.00 (ten million and five hundred thousand reais), as indicated in Annex II.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
