I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 134, DE 2004

Approves the act authorising the NEW TANK CULTURAL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION-ACC to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Tanque Novo, State of Bahia.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Portaria No. 444 of March 22, 2002, which authorizes the Cultural Community Association of New-ACC to perform, by the ten-year period without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service, shall be approved. community in the city of Tanque Novo, State of Bahia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
