I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

N °-272, DE 2013

Approves the act that outorates permission to RADIO PORTAL DE CAXIAS LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Teresina, State of Piauí.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,357 of December 17, 2010, which outored permission to Radio Portal of Caxias Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Teresina, State of Piauí.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
