I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No.124, DE 2011

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTING VIRGIL RIBEIRO to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Conception of the Green River, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 545 of August 11, 2009, which outored authorization to the Community Association of Broadcasting Virgilius Ribeiro to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Conception of Rio Verde, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
