Abre to the Investment Budget for 2007, in favor of the Federal Economic Box and ELECTROSUL Electrical Plants S.A., special credit at the total value of R$ 34,527,800.00, for the purposes that specifies.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I do know that the National Congress decrees and I sanction it following Law:

Art. -1st Open to the Investment Budget (Law No 11,451 of February 7, 2007), special credit at the total value of R$ 34,527,800.00 (thirty-four million, five hundred and twenty-seven thousand and eight hundred real), in favor of the Federal Economic Box and ELECTROSUL Electrical Plants S.A., to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Act.

Art. 2nd The resources required for the execution of the art. 1st are drawn from cancellation of part of appropriations approved for other projects / activities listed in Annex II of this Act.

Art. 3rd This Act shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
