I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 793, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION RADIO CONSOLATA FM to run community broadcasting service in the city of Three May, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 141 of April 12, 2007, which outored authorization to the Community Radio consolata FM to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Three May, State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
