I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N °- 212, DE 2012

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the COMMUNITY DIFFUSION ASSOCIATION BENEVIDES FM to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Benevides, State of Pará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,011 of December 16, 2009, which outored authorization to the Community Diffusion Association Benevides FM to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Benevides, State of Pará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
