I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 450, DE 2001

Approves the act authorising the CULTURAL EBENEZER FOUNDATION to perform community broadcasting service in the city of St. Helena of Goiás, State of Goiás.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 317 of July 5, 2000 authorizing the Ebenezer Cultural Foundation to perform, for three years, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Saint Helena of Goiás, State of Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
