THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the willing in the arts. 1th to 4 of Decree-Law n° 1,578, October 11, 1977,


Art. 1o Products classified under Chapter 93 of the Tax Incidence Table on Industrialized Products- TIPI, approved by Decree No 2,092 of December 10, 1966, when exported to the South America and Central America, including the Caribbean, stay subject to the incidence of the Export Tax to the aliquot of one hundred percent and fifty percent.

§ 1 The provisions of caput also apply in the export of the subject goods of export registration that is already approved by the competent body on the date of the publication of this Decree, in the Integrated Trade System Exterior-Siscomex, and which will come to undergo alteration, including with regard to the shelf life for boarding.

§ 2 Exceed from the provisions contained in this article the products exported to Argentina, Chile and Ecuador.

Art. 2the The Office of the Federal Revenue Office shall expedite the necessary standards for the application of the provisions of this Decree.

Art. 3 This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
