I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 703, DE 2004

Approves the act that outorates permission to LIMEIRA FM STÉREO LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Limeira, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,939, from 1º October 2002, which outorship permission to Limeira FM Stéreo Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Limeira, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
