DECREE NO 5,042, DE April 8, 2004

Add point to the inciso I do art. 1º of Decree No 1,422 of March 20, 1995, which has on the composition and operation of the National Council of Metrology, Normalization and Industrial Quality-CONMETRO.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso VI, paragraph "a", of the Constitution,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The inciso I do art. 1º of Decree No 1,422 of March 20, 1995, passes in addition in addition to the following point:

"i) of Defense ;" (NR)

Art. 2º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
