I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 442? DE 2002

Approves the act that authorizes the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING to run community broadcasting service in the city of Guard Mor, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The act referred to in Portaria No 47 of February 22, 2001, which authorizes the Association shall be approved. Community of Cultural and Educational Broadcasting to be executed, for three years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Guard Mor, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
