I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Tion Viana, First Deputy Speaker of the Senate Federal, in the exercise of the Presidency, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 108, DE 2006

Approves the act that outorship permission to GREEN SERRADO SOCIETY OF COMMUNICATIONS ltda. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Crixás, State of Goiás.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 274 of June 12, 2003, which outorship permission to the Serrado Green Communications Society Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in frequency modulated in the city of Crixás, State of Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
