Abre to the Social Security Budget of the Union, in favor of the Ministry of Defense, special credit worth R$ 8,224,228.00, for the end that specifies, and gives other arrangements.

THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the exercise of the post of CHAIRMAN OF THE REPUBLIC I make know that the Congress National decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1^o Stay open to the Union Social Security Budget (Law n^o 11,647, of March 24, 2008), in favor of the Ministry of Defence, special credit worth R$ 8,224,228.00 (eight million, two hundred and twenty-four thousand, two hundred and twenty-eight reais), to meet the constant programming of Annex I of this Law.

Art. 2^o The resources required to open the credit that it treats art. 1^the stem from excess revenue collection of own.

Art. 3^o The Pluriannual Plan 2008-2011 passes incorporating the changes in Annex II of this Act, in accordance with the art. 15, § 5^{o, of the Law No 11,653 of April 7, 2008.}

Art. 4^the This Act comes into force on the date of its publication.
