LEI No. 10,279, DE September 12, 2001

Adds inciso to art. 19 of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993, which includes former owners of divested areas for the purposes of payment of debits originating from rural credit operations in the preferential order of distribution of rural real estate by land reform.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

I make it known that the National Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

Art. 1º The art. 19 of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993, passes the vigorous effect of the following inciso III, renumbering the remaining ones:

III-to former owners of land whose total area property understood between one and four tax modules have been divested for payment of debits originated from rural credit operations or lost in the guarantee condition of debits of the same source ;

Art. 2º This Act comes into force on the date of its publication.
