I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO-254, DE 2013

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the DAWN COMMUNITY COMMUNICATION ASSOCIATION OF THE QUARRY NEIGHBORHOOD to perform community broadcasting service in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is hereby approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 862 of October 23, 2009, which outored authorization to the Alvorada Community Communication Association of the Quarry Quarter to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
