I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N °- 234, DE 2012

Aproof the act that outorship authorization to TV AND RADIO CITY FM to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Ceres, State of Goiás.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,100 of December 23, 2008, which outorship authorization to TV and Radio City FM to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Ceres, State of Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
