I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 663, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship permission to RADIO VERA CRUZ FM LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Santo Antônio of the Southwest, State of Paraná.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 597 of September 21, 2006, which outorga permission for Radio Vera Cruz FM Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, frequently modulated sound broadcasting service in the city of Santo Antônio of the Southwest, State of Paraná.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
