I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 996, DE 2005

Approves the act that authorizes ASSOCIATION COMMUNITY BROADCASTING IN RAPES to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Raposos, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 327 of June 27, 2003 authorizing the Community Association of Broadcasting in Raposos to be executed, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Raposos, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
