I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 461, DE 2005

Approves the act that authorizes ASSOCIATION COMMUNITY OF SANTA LUZIA to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Santa Luzia D' West, State of Rondônia.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No 229 of June 12, 2003 authorising the Community Association of Santa Luzia to be executed, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Santa Luzia D' West, State of Rondônia.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
