I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 408, DE 2013

Approves the act that outorates permission to TIPUANA FM LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Leopoldina, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,280 of December 7, 2010, which outorship permission to Tipuana FM Ltda. to explore, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Leopoldina, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
