I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 259, DE 2005

Approves the act that authorizes ASSOCIATION CULTURAL COMMUNITY COUTENSE DE BROADCASTING to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Couto de Magalhães de Minas, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,008 of June 20, 2002 authorizing the Cultural Community Association Coutense de Broadcasting to be executed, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Couto de Magalhães de Minas, State of Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
