DECREE NO 6,441, DE April 24, 2008.

It gives new essay to art. 6º of Decree No. 5,081 of May 14, 2004, which regulates the arts. 13 and 14 of Law No. 9,648, of May 27, 1998, and art. 23 of Law No. 10,848 of March 15, 2004, which deal with the National Operator of the Electric-ONS System.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the willing in the arts. 13 and 14 of Law No. 9,648 of May 27, 1998, and on art. 23, of Law No. 10,848 of March 15, 2004,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The art. 6º of Decree No 5,081 of May 14, 2004, passes vigorously with the following essay:

?Art. 6º The Board of Directors of the ONS will be integrated by fifteen Councillors and their respective alternates, elected in General Assembly, for two-year term fulfillment, permitted to re-conduct, and nominees as follows:
