I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Ramez Tebet, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, item 28, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 383? DE 2001

Approves the act authorising the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF VIANÓPOLIS to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Vianópolis, State of Goiás.

The National Congress

decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 57 of March 21, 2000 authorizing the Community Association of Vianópolis to perform, for three years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Vianópolis, State of Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
