I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 416, DE 2004

Approves the act that authorizes the CULTURAL ASSOCIATION?The PATH? to run community broadcasting service in the city of Bragança Paulista, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 567 of April 16, 2002 authorizing the Cultural Association?The Way? to perform, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Bragança Paulista, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
