I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

N °-169, DE 2013

Approves the act renewing the concession outored to RADIO SIQUEIRA FIELDS LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in medium waves in the city of Hills of Tocantins, State of the Tocantins.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of August 4, 2010, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of November 11, 2002, the concession given to Radio Siqueira Campos Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in medium waves in the city of Hills of Tocantins, State of the Tocantins.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
