DECREE OF December 15, 2005.

Abre to Fiscal Budgets and Security Union Social, in favor of the Ministries of Social Security, Labour and Employment and Social Development and Combating The Consumption, and from Transfers to States, Federal District and Municipalities, supplementary credit in global value of R$ 2,297,679,518.00, for the reinforcement of appropriations contained in the current Budget Act.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the constant authorizations of the arts. 4th, inciso I, points "a" and "b", and 5th, inciso I, of the Law No 11,100 of January 25, 2005,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is open to the Fiscal Budgets and Social Security of the Union (Law No 11,100 of January 25, 2005), in favor of the Ministries of Social Security, Labour and Employment and Social Development and Combat to the Famer, and Transfers to States, Federal District and Municipalities, supplementary credit in global value of R$ 2,297,679,518.00 (two billion, two hundred and ninety and seven million, seventy and seventy nine thousand, five hundred and eighteen reais), to meet the constant schedules of Annex I of this Decree.

Art. 2º The resources required for the opening of the credit that it treats art. 1st stem from:

I-Overcollection of Contributions on Prognostic Concourses, in the value of R$ 1,135,000.00 (one million, one hundred and thirty-five thousand reais) ; and

II-partial cancellation of budget appropriations, worth R$ 2,296,544,518.00 (two billions, two hundred and ninety and six million, five hundred and forty-four thousand, five hundred and eighteen reais), as indicated in Annex II of this Decree.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
