DECREE NO 8,110, DE September 30, 2013

Discriminates actions of the Growth-PAC Acceleration Program to be performed by means of mandatory transfer.

THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, caput, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of art. 2º of Law No. 11,578 of November 26, 2007 and on the proposal of the Gestor Committee of the Growth-CGPAC Acceleration Program of July 8, 2013,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The transfers to the federated employees required to carry out the actions of the Growth-PAC Acceleration Program, set out in the Annex to this Decree, without prejudice to the provisions of the Decrees No 8,032 of June 25, 2013, para. 8,022, of May 31, 2013, No 7,991, April 24, 2013, No 7,980, April 8, 2013, No 7,967, March 22, 2013, No 7,893, January 24, 2013, No 7,868, December 19, 2012, No 7,836, November 9, 2012, November 9, 2012, para. 7,804, of September 13, 2012, No 7,745, June 5, 2012, No 7,720, April 16, 2012, No 7,662, December 28, 2011, No 7,625, November 24, 2011, No 7,576, October 11, 2011, October 11, 2011, No 7,488, May 24, 2011, para. 7,369, November 26, 2010, No 7,211 of June 11, 2010, No 7,157, April 9, 2010, No 7,125, March 3, 2010, No 7,051, December 23, 2009, No 7,025, December 7, 2009, No 6,982, October 14, 2009, No 6,958, 14 of 14 September 2009, No 6,921, August 4, 2009, No 6,876, June 8, 2009, No 6,807, March 25, 2009, No 6,714, December 29, 2008, No 6,694, December 15, 2008, No 6,450, No 6,450, May 8, 2008, No 6,326, December 27, December 27 of 2007, and No 6,276, of November 28, 2007.

Art. 2º Competes to the federal Public Administration's body or entity to which the budget allocation for the action in the Annex is given for the formal examination and approval of the term of commitment of which it treats § 1º of the art is provided. 3º of Law No. 11,578 of November 26, 2007.

Single Paragraph. In the event that the mandatory transfer takes effect through an institution or federal public financial agent, acting as the Union's representative, it will be up to those entities for the approval that it treats the caput.

Art. 3º It will be up to the Gestor Committee of the Growth-CGPAC Acceleration Program to disclose on website the relationship of the actions of which it treats art. 2º of Law No. 11,578, 2007, and promote the updates due in that relation, including with regard to changes in programmatic functionals arising from budget law and their additional credits.

Art. 4º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
