I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I,Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 192, DE 2008

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the association CULTURAL DE PACAJUS to run community broadcasting service in the city of Pacajus, State of Ceará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 462 of August 28, 2003, which outorga authorization to the Cultural Association of Pacajus to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Pacajus, State of Ceará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
