I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I,Garibaldi Alves Filho, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 326, DE 2008

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the ASSOCIATION OF RESIDENTS OF THE RECANTO OF EMAS-AREMAS to perform community broadcasting service in the city of the Recanto of Emas, in the Federal District.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 125 of April 11, 2007, which outorga authorization to the Association of Morators of the Recanto of the Emas-AREMAS to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of the Recanto of Emas, in the Federal District.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
