I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 1,085, DE 2005

Approves the act that authorizes ASSOCIATION COMMUNITY OF PIRACANJUBA to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Piracanjuba, State of Goiás.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 523 of October 8, 2003 authorizing the Community Association of Piracanjuba to be executed, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Piracanjuba, State of Goiás.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
