DECREE NO 3,873, DE July 18, 2001

Change the art. 61 of the Regulation of the National Telecommunication Agency, approved by Decree No. 2,338 of October 7, 1997.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments conferring you the art. 84, incisions IV and VI, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of the Laws No 9,472 of July 16, 1997, and No 9,986 of July 18, 2000,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º The art. 61 of the Regulation of the National Telecommunications Agency, approved by Decree No. 2,338 of October 7, 1997, passes vigorously with the following essay:

?Art. 61. The structure of the Agency will understand, still, how executive bodies, superintendencies, organized in the form of the internal regiment.?? (NR)

Art. 2º This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
