I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Marta Suplicy, First Deputy Speaker of the Senate Federal, in the exercise of the Presidency, under the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N °- 147, DE 2012

Aproof the act that renews the concession outored to VENTURES BROADCASTING COLD CABLE LTDA. to explore radio broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Cape Frio, State of Rio de Janeiro.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, of November 19, 2009, which renews for 15 (fifteen) years, as of September 5, 2003, the concession awarded to Ventures Cable Cold Ltd Ltda. to explore, without the right to exclusivity, broadcasting service of sounds and images in the city of Cape Frio, State of Rio de Janeiro.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
