I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 888, DE 2003

Approves the act that outorship permission to CACHOEIRA ALTA TELECOMMUNICATIONS LTDA. to explore sound radio broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Pedra do Indaiá, State of Minas Gerais.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 353 of March 19, 2002, which outorship permission to Cachoeira Alta Telecommunications Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, frequently modulated sound broadcasting service in the city of Pedra do Indaiá, Stateof Minas Gerais.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
