I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 67, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the INTEGRATED COMMUNITY BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION to run community broadcasting service in the city of Matupá, State of Mato Grosso.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved of the act referred to in Portaria No. 616 of September 19, 2008, which outored authorization to the Integrated Community Association of Broadcasting to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service community in the city of Matupá, State of Mato Grosso.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
