I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE N °- 221, DE 2012

Aproof the act that renews permission outored to the RADIO SOCIETY CLUB OF OSVALDO CRUZ LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Osvaldo Cruz, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 916 of November 18, 2009, which renews for 10 (ten) years, as of May 8, 2004, the permission given to the Radio Society of Osvaldo Cruz Ltda. to explore, without a right of exclusivity, sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Osvaldo Cruz, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
