I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, under the terms of the single paragraph of art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 150, DE 2015 (*)

Approves the text of the Cooperation Agreement Technique between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Zimbabwe, signed in Rio de Janeiro, on September 10, 2006.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º The text of the Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Government of the Republic of Zimbabwe signed in Rio de Janeiro on September 10, 2006 shall be approved.

Single Paragraph. They shall be subject to the approval of the National Congress any acts that may result in revision of the said Agreement, as well as any further adjustments which, pursuant to the inciso I of the art. 49 of the Federal Constitution, carries charges or written commitments to national heritage.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
