I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Paulo Paim, First Deputy Speaker of the Federal Senate, in the exercise of the presidency, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 31, DE 2004

Approves the act renewing the grant of RADIO ARAGUAIA LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in tropical wave in the city of Araguaine, State of the Tocantins.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Decree s / No, from 1º April 2002, which renews, as of April 25, 1997, the grant of the Radio Araguaia Ltda. to explore, for ten years, without a right of exclusivity, sound-wave service in tropical wave in the city of Araguaine, State of the Tocantins.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
