I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, under the single paragraph of the art. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 634, DE 2010

Approves the act that outorres authorization to the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION OF GOIANESIA BROADCASTING OF PARAH to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Goianesia of Para, State of Pará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,055 of December 23, 2008, which outored authorization to the Community Association of Broadcasting of Goianesia of Pará to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, service of community broadcasting in the city of Goianesia of Pará, State of Pará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
