I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 145, DE 2005

Approves the act that authorizes ASSOCIATION RADIO COMMUNITY UNION RUROPOLIS to perform community broadcasting service in the city of Rurópolis, State of Pará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 1,180 of July 3, 2002 authorizing the Association Radio Community Union Ruropolis to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without the right of exclusivity, community broadcasting service in the city of Rurópolis, State of Pará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
