DECREE OF September 6, 2010

Opens to the Union Fiscal Budget, in favour of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, supplementary credit worth R$ 8,745,000.00, for reinforcement of appropriations in the current Budget Act.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the authorisation contained in art. 4^o, inciso II, of Law n^o 12,214, of January 26, 2010,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o It is open to the Union Tax Budget (Law n^o 12,214 of January 26, 2010), in favor of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply, supplementary credit worth R$ 8,745,000.00 (eight million, seven hundred and forty-five thousand reais), to meet the schedules listed in Annex I of this Decree.

Art. 2^o The resources required for opening the credit that it treats art. 1^the stem from partial cancellation of budget appropriations, as indicated in Annex II of this Decree.

Art. 3^o This Decree enters into force on the date of its publication.
