DECREE OF November 22, 2001.

Declares of social interest, for agrarian reform purposes, rural real estate that mentions, and gives other arrangements.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 184 of the Constitution, and in the terms of the arts. 2^o of the Supplementary Law n^o 76, July 6, 1993, 18 and 20 of Law n^o 4,504, November 30, 1964, and 2^o of Law n^o 8,629, February 25, 1993,

DECRETA:

Art. 1^o Ficam declared of social interest, for the purposes of agrarian reform, in the terms of the arts. 18, letters?a?,?b?,?c? e?d? and 20, inciso VI, of Law No. 4,504 of November 30, 1964, and 2º of Law No. 8,629 of February 25, 1993, the following rural real estate:

Art. 2^o Excludes from the effects of this Decree the semovents, machines and agricultural implements as well as the existing benefits in the real estate referred to in art. 1^o and belonging to those who will be benefited from their destination.

Art. 3^the The National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform-INCRA is authorized to promote the dispropriations of rural real estate that it treats this Decree, in the manner provided for in the Supplementary Act No. 76, July 6 of 1993, and to maintain the areas of Legal Reservation and permanent preservation provided for in Law No. 4,771 of September 15, 1965, preferably in single gleba, so as to reconcile the settlement with the preservation of the environment.

Art. 4^o This Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
