Changes the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) and the aliquots of the Import Tax of the products it mentions, and gives other arrangements.
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the assignments that confer upon him the arts. 84, inciso IV, and 153, § 1º, of the Constitution, and in view of the provisions of the Treaty of Asuncion, promulgated by Decree No 350 of November 21, 1991 ; at art. 3º of Law No. 3,244 of August 14, 1957 and in resolutions No. 3/00, 5/00 and 14/00, of the Common Market Group, of MERCOSUR,
Decreta:
Art. 1º The Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) and the aliquots of the Import Tax that make up the Common Foreign Tariff (TEC) are changed in the form set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Art. 2º It is deleted code 8446.30.10 of the Capital Bens Sector Convergence List, appends to TEC.
Art. 3º In the face of changes in codes 8708.40.10 and 9028.10.10, their convergence timetables in the Capital Bens Sector Convergence List, appended to TEC, pass to codes 8708.40.19, 9028.10.11 and 9028.10.19 in the form following:

Art. 6º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
