I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, José Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE

No. 86, DE 2003

Approves the act that renews the permission given to RADIO HERTZ DE FRANCA LTDA. to explore sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Franca, State of São Paulo.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 ° It shall be approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 353 of July 24, 2000, which renews for ten years, as of November 5, 1996, the permission given to the Radio Hertz de Franca Ltda. to explore, without the right to exclusivity, sound broadcasting service at a modulated frequency in the city of Franca, State of São Paulo.

Art. 2 ° This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
