I make it known that the National Congress has approved, and I, Jose Sarney, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of the art single paragraph. 52 of the Common Rules and the inciso XXVIII of the art. 48 of the Rules of Procedure of the Federal Senate, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 752, DE 2009

Approves the act that outorship authorization to the DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNITY INTEGRATION NEW GREEN HOUSE to run community broadcasting service in the city of New Andradina, State of Mato Grosso do Sul.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1 It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 403 of July 24, 2007, which outored authorization to the Community Development and Integration Association New Green House to execute, for 10 (ten) years, without a right to uniqueness, community broadcasting service in the city of New Andradina, State of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree goes into effect on the date of its publication.
