Homologous the administrative demarcation of the Terra indigenous Spirit, located in the Municipality of Jutaí, State of the Amazonas.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution conferring you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and in view of the willing in the arts. 19, § 1º, of Law No. 6,001 of December 19, 1973, and 5º of Decree No 1,775 of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is homologated to administrative demarcation, promoted by the Indian-FUNAI National Foundation, of Indigenous land intended for the permanent possession of the Kokama indigenous group, hereinafter described: the Indigenous Land called the Holy Spirit, with surface of thirty-three thousand, eight hundred and forty-nine hectares, eight airs and seventy-one hundred and perimeter of one hundred and fourteen thousand, nine hundred and forty metres and forty-five centimetres, situated in the Municipality of Jutaí, State of the Amazon, circumscribe at the following limits: GLEBA-A-surface: thirty-three thousand, five hundred and thirteen hectares, ninety eight ares and thirty centiars ; perimeter: ninety and six thousand, four hundred and seventy-seven metres and eighteen centimeter ; NORTHERN: departing from the Marco SAT-01, from geographical coordinates 02 ° 42'10, 45216 "S and 67 ° 11'25, 12150" WGr., located on the right bank of Lake Piranha, follows by the right margin of the cited lake, up to the Marco SAT-02, from geographical coordinates 02 ° 40' 22, 32329" S and 67 ° 06'35, 40024" WGr., located in the confluence of this one with Paraná Xibéco ; hence, follows by a straight line up to the Marco M-02-1, from geographical coordinates 02 ° 40' 32, 64786 " S and 67 ° 06' 11, 48711" WGr. ; hence, it follows by a straight line up to the Marco M-04-6, from geographical coordinates 02 ° 40'44, 68743 "S and 67 ° 05' 43, 60530" WGr. ; GLEBA-B-PORTO ALEGRE, surface: one hundred and twenty-four hectares, sixty-four airs and twenty-three centiars ; perimeter: six thousand, four hundred and thirty-nine meters and seventy-five centimeters ; it follows conning Porto Alegre Island, where has been craved the Marco M-09-1, from geographical coordinates 02 ° 37'36, 35872 " S and 67 ° 05' 45, 89223" WGr., located on the north side of the said Island ; GLEBA-C-ISLAND SPIRIT, surface: two hundred and ten hectares, forty-six airs and eighteen centiars ; perimeter: twelve thousand, twenty-three meters and fifty and two centimeters ; it follows circumventing the Holy Spirit Island, where the Marcos SAT-09, of geographical coordinates 02 ° 37'18, 68952 " S and 67 ° 05' 29, 20101" WGr., located in the right margin of the Solimões River, and the Marco MZ-09-1, from geographical coordinates 02 ° 37'25, to 75809 " S and 67 ° 05' 35, 87865" WGr, located on the northeast side of the said Island. Observation: 1-are part of the demarcated Indigenous land, the islands Porto Alegre and Espírito Santo ; 2-cartographic basis used in the elaboration of this descriptive memorial: SA.19-Z-B-Scale 1:250.000-RADAM BRASIL-1977 ; 3-the geodetic coordinates, cited in this descriptive memorial, are referred to the SAD horizontal Datum-69.

Art. 2º It is ensured, pursuant to Decree No. 4,412 of October 7, 2002, the action of the Armed Forces, for the defence of the territory and national sovereignty, and of the Federal Police Department of the Ministry of Justice, to ensure security and public order and protect Indigenous constitutional rights, in the Indigenous Land Espirito Santo.

Art. 3º This Decree shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
