Homologa the administrative demarcation of the Indigenous Earth Panshall, located in the Municipalities of North Guarantã and Altamira, States of Mato Grosso and Pará.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC, in the use of the attribution that confers you the art. 84, inciso IV, of the Constitution, and having in view of art. 19, § 1º, of Law No. 6,001 of December 19, 1973, and the art. 5º of Decree No 1,775 of January 8, 1996,

DECRETA:

Art. 1º It is homologated to administrative demarcation, promoted by the Indian-FUNAI National Foundation, of Indigenous land intended for the permanent possession of the Panshall indigenous group, hereinafter described: the Indigenous Earth named Panwill, with surface of four hundred and ninety-four thousand, seventeen hectares, thirty-four airs and seventy-seven centials and perimeter of four hundred and seventeen thousand, two hundred and forty-eight meters, and fifty five centimeters, situated in the municipalities of North Guarantã and Altamira, States of Mato Grosso and Pará, circumscribe the following limits: NORTH: departing from the Marco SAT-2011, from geographical coordinates 08º53'56, 94 " S and 54º22' 31, 72" WGr., located on the river's bedside Xixé, follows by this downstream to the Marco SAT-2010, of geographical coordinates 08º48'36, 10 " S and 54º02' 04, 82" WGr., situated at the confluence of an igarapé without denomination ;
