I do know that the National Congress has approved, and I, Renan Calheiros, President of the Federal Senate, in the terms of art. 48, inciso XXVIII, of the Rules of Procedure, promulgated the following

LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 80, DE 2006

Approves the act that outorship permission to CULTURAL FOUNDATION OF EDUCATIONAL EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING COAST to perform sound broadcasting service in modulated frequency in the city of Bethlehem, State of Pará.

The National Congress decrees:

Art. 1º It is approved the act referred to in Portaria No. 289 of July 12, 2004, which outorship permission to the Cultural Foundation of Educational Broadcasting Costa Gilada to perform, for 10 (ten) years, without a right of exclusivity, broadcasting service sound often modulated, with exclusively educational purposes, in the city of Bethlehem, State of Pará.

Art. 2º This Legislative Decree shall come into force on the date of its publication.
